Your wheel works on the hub and spoke model, and many bearings on the side of the hub are used to properly support the wheel. As these are greased to allow fluid wheel function, they are susceptible to wear and contaminants. If this occurs, your wheels will start to work more slowly and it may actually reduce your mileage.
Wheels may at best make noise and be further damaged, or at worst come entirely off your car. Because of the huge risks associated with faulty wheel bearings, we recommend you have yours serviced immediately. If you are facing these issues, have one of our mechanics come by and inspect your vehicle instead of driving it and risking your safety. This way you can save some time and money while being safe.
