Fiix provides transparent, affordable, and convenient on-demand automotive repair services at your home or office. We have a network of fully-licensed, expert mobile mechanics who come to you for your servicing, repair, and inspection needs.

Through our website, you can receive instant, fixed, approved quotes so you book whatever service you need for your vehicle(s). To top it all off, the cost of our auto repair services are 30-50% cheaper than the repair shops! We save you time, money, and stress!

Getting your car repaired is super easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Tell us what you need
    Simply click the 'Get A Quote' button and select any auto repair service(s) you need! If you're not sure what is wrong with your car, don't worry. Simply select a 'General Inspection' and one of our expert mechanics will tell you!

  2. Tell us about your car (year, make, model)
    All we need to know is what kind of car you have so we know what we need to fix.

  3. Tell us the time and place you want your service done
    We need to know when and where to fix your car. We'll show up on-time and even bring you a coffee if you'd like! You're the boss.

  4. Receive an instant quote
    We will give you a free quote which will show you an exact breakdown of the costs associated with the service(s) you requested. We partner with parts suppliers across Canada in order to provide you with the best OEM and OEM equivalent parts. As a result, your auto repair costs will be 30-50% cheaper than the costs from repair shops.

  5. Confirm your booking
    To confirm your booking, we ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, and the credit card you would like to pay with. Don't worry, we won't take a single penny from you until your mechanic has completed his job and until you are fully satisfied with the job that has been done.

    At Fiix, we use Stripe to handle our payment processing. Stripe handles billions of dollars a year with their top-of-the-line, 256-bit secure socket layer encrypted technology.

  6. On the day
    On the day of your appointment, your mechanic will collect any parts and tools he needs and arrive at your chosen location at the precise time you requested. He will introduce himself, provide you with a coffee if you'd like, and begin to work on your vehicle. Feel free to ask your mechanic any question you may have. They're there to help!

    Once all the work has been completed, your mechanic will once again explain everything he has done. Once you're happy, your securely store credit card will be charged through Stripe and you'll receive a nice, neat invoice in your email inbox from us.

  7. After the visit
    After the visit, you'll receive an email asking you to rate your mechanic and to kindly provide an feedback you have regarding your service. This helps us ensure our service standards stay high and helps us further improve our customer experience.

That's why we work hard to make sure only the most experienced and highly trained mechanics are servicing your car on-site. Full Insurance Coverage

Hiring mechanics who don't carry proper liability insurance can be expensive and a hassle. Most customers only find out about these insurance gaps once it’s too late. We ensure that our mechanics carry industry standard liability insurance and that all of our services are covered.

Full Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of the car repair services our Fiix mechanics provide. All of our services and parts come with a 12-month / 20,000 KM (whichever comes first) warranty on parts, and a 90 days / 5,000 KM warranty on labour. Subject to certain conditions, if any defects in workmanship arise within this period, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Note

If you pay a Fiix mechanic directly for any repair services or if the mechanic performs any job that is not authorized by Fiix, our warranty does not apply. Only repair services ordered through Fiix are covered by our warranty.

If you ordered a service where Fiix did not perform the diagnostic, our warranty only covers the defect in the replacement. (e.g. if you ordered an alternator replacement because your car was not starting, if the car does not start after replacing the alternator, this warranty does not cover the "car not starting event".)

If after a mechanic performs a service, you have reason to believe the services caused other problems, the warranty will be voided if you hire another mechanic (outside of Fiix) to inspect or work on your car. If we send a mechanic to inspect the car and the inspection demonstrates that the problem was indeed caused by the previous service, the Fiix mechanic will fix the car at no cost to you. If the problem was caused by other reasons, the Fiix mechanic will bill you for the inspection or any further repair services provided by them.
