Great and convenient service by Fiix! I booked an appointment online to get my tires changed and car serviced (oil change). I was pretty impressed with the mechanic (Mackenzie) and that he could do all this work in my driveway! It was really convenient because there aren’t many mechanics in my area and my work schedule doesn’t allow me to sit around for hours at a shop anyway. Got a conventional oil change done at my house. Danny the mechanic came exactly on time and provided me an oil change with a great vehicle inspection. I needed some extra service as a cap was loosely tightened, however Fiix immediately dispatched Danny and right away fixed the problem as well as cleaned the extra oil off my hood. Now my car is running smoothly again. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Will go back to Fiix again.

Gone are the days of lugging 4 huge tires around, then waiting at the shop to get them done, then the trek back home. I've been trying to promote their business by sharing it with a lot of my neighbors in the hood ever since, and most of them are car buffs like me. If the company have cons, it's just their pricing. They could come down a little bit with their pricing because with the good representation of their mechanics especially someone like Mackenzie, they're going to get more of their good market share in the car repair business and then some! I have used Fiix guys twice already (for a winter tire change and detailing my MDX). Both times they were aces. Gajaanan the mechanic was very pleasant and the coordinator (believe his name is Arif) were pleasant to work with, both of them exhibited high professionalism and custom focused attitudes. The detailing work they did was excellent, the leather seats was treated with professional grade materials. The seats look as good as new. The fabric at the back of MDX had some smudges and they were able to clean it all up. I will be calling them again for the tire swap and detailing my wife's car. Before I started using Fiix, traditionally I had to put my tires back into my car, set up an appointment, it would take about 20-30 minutes to get there, figure out a way to get back or sit an hour at the shop... overall at least 2 hours to 2 hours plus. Booking with Fiix was so easy, I booked an appointment through my mobile phone, my rep gave me a call before my appointment and even offered me a coffee which I thought was pretty nice.

Got to meet Mechanic Richard Tu. Very friendly and professional. My service request consisted of rear brake pads, rotor, calipers, and an oil change. At first, I was nervous they would be under equipped or under supplied. After I realized they knew what they were doing, I set off to work around the house a little bit. Could tell that I was going to get a job well done. I waited around for the oil change to make sure my driveway wouldn't have any messy spills. Overall, the mechanic got the job done in the time allotted, took the car out for a road test, and left my property the way it was before he came. I am very satisfied with the service as it was very convenient for me. He even took the old oil, which saves me a trip to the recycling centre. I rate the service 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with it and I saved roughly 180 dollars from the quote by my dealership. I drive a Nissan Altima '08 2.5L. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE!!! My, Fiix tech, Andrew was presentable, respectable and incredibly knowledgeable. Not once did I feel as though he was speaking down to me, when discussing my vehicle requirements. I hired, Fiix to switch my tires from summer to winter in addition to an oil change. When he had my tires off, Andrew mentioned I may need a brake pad replacement in a few months. I liked my experience with them...its clear they're still in "start up" mode, but they're very flexible and reachable. The customer service is fantastic. The mechanic was great, and accommodated my schedule (came at 9:30 PM). He also gave me a general inspection and recommended I fix my issue at a muffler shop as he couldn't fix it himself. All in all, a great experience, but they're still a growing service. I would recommend being a little more aggressive with marketing (instagram, etc) as this is very much a millenial's way to fix cars.

After assessing the brakes, he advised only the pads may have to be replaced on the rear. He was honest and fair. The front brake pads were also replaced at my request. George's honesty saved me from prematurely replacing the front and rear rotors, which saved me $$$. He even checked under the hood and took my car out for a test drive. This is my second time using Fiix auto services in Ajax. I booked a winter tire change and oil change to be done at my home. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly. He completed the two jobs in less than one hour. I had also asked him to fix a screw on my driver side sun visor, which he happily agreed to do. The technician also completed an inspection and noted a minor problem to keep an eye on. I absolutely love the convenience of having my car serviced in my own driveway while I make dinner. With a very busy work schedule it is often difficult to schedule in time for car maintenance. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed my car's battery replaced ASAP and when I contacted Fiix via Facebook Messenger (they host a page you can talk to), they immediately replied with instructions on how to set up an appointment, and they even offered to perform the replacement on the same day!! They were super flexible on the time and I was able to book a 7pm appointment (note that this is probably impossible at an auto repair shop). The mechanic arrived at my house exactly by 7pm and the service was phenomenal. Not only did he replace the car battery so quickly, but he also performed other checks on the car to ensure that other things look good. And the final price we paid was even cheaper than we would have paid at an auto repair shop! The convenience of receiving the service anywhere you want at any time you want is actually the best thing ever. Looking forward to using Fiix for future car needs!

A friend of mine used Fiix and he seem pleased with the service so I decided to try them out. I needed a brake repair on my Audi A4 and it was surprisingly smooth. I first phoned them to see how much it cost, but then found out I could just select brake pads and rotors replacement on their website and see how much it would cost for my car. The price they gave me for was probably cheaper than what the dealership I used to go to would quote me for a brake repair, which was awesome. Once I booked the job, they sent out a mechanic named Peter to me to do the auto repair job. Very fun and approachable guy, he answered any questions I had (Thanks peter!). All in all, it was a great service and I really like how they're attempting to change the auto repair industry. The only issue I had was that they had to reschedule my appointment to the next day because of some conflict, which was a bit inconvenient.

Fiix has done it again! I have had the opportunity and pleasure of calling on Fiix twice now. The first time was a basic tire change, while I was sitting on my couch! It doesn't get any better than that. The second time was for my brake pads and rotor replacement. Fiix is so convenient for a busy person like myself. I was making dinner while Jamel (my assigned mechanic) was Fiix(ing) my car! It was great, I was even asking questions (because I am curious like that) and Jamel was patient and very knowledgeable! To me, customer service starts even before you walk into the door of a store; its how you are treated from the start to finish of the transaction. At around 8pm (after work is most convenient, and yes they cater to that!) I got a call from Jamel letting me know hes on his way to my place to Fix my car, he asked me if I wanted him to bring me a coffee and gave me a time that he would be there. The quality of work really shows as well! Fiix used brand new parts that they opened in front of me, as opposed to other mechanics who do their work in the back so you don't know what they are using! I've had a very positive experience and I will continue to use them for all my car mechanic needs! Five Stars and Two Thumbs UP!

Truly excellent service by Fiix staff, including Arif the CEO and Jemel the service technician who came to my house. This was my first experience with Fiix, and I was of course reluctant to trust them with my car, which has always gone to the dealership for service. I had the engine and cabin air filters changed and did a brake fluid flush. The total cost was about 1/3 of what the dealer would have charged me, and they came to my house, which was much more convenient. I will definitely use Fiix again. I'm already thinking of oil changes, tire changes and other maintenance work that is on my list now. As an aside, I wrote them a few times with questions and quote requests and they were quick to respond and very helpful, all with rapid response times. Great work...I highly recommend.

Twice every year I was spending hours getting my winter tires swapped at a local repair shop. Then I found out about Fiix and I never looked back. Since I moved to the city, my car was not moved and as such, the tires were going flat. I emailed Fiix and they were very quick to response with a reasonable quote. Setting up the appointment was easy Richard (the mechanic) was considerate enough to let me know he would be running late due to rush hour traffic so I was prepared and I was kept abreast of his progress until he arrived. When he did, he inflated my tires and went over and above (or so I thought) to do a quick inspection and because of this I realized that my battery and oil were needed changing and the battery would most likely die this coming winter. It was very easy to make an appointment for the next day and he showed up early (actually I was running late)- I was able to leave my keys with him whilst he changed the oil & battery and when I came back from work it was all done. I am visiting from Calgary and when driving my sons car it was making a pretty nasty sound when I put the brakes on. Call called around to a few garages in the neighborhood. No one could see me right away and all of them quoted pads and roters without even seeing the car. These guys gave me an estimate 150 cheaper than anyone else and came to my house that day. They fixed the problem which was extensive, never let a 16 year old do the maintenance. Turns out the calipers needed doing as well. After a friend had send me a link to Fiix, I set up an appointment for a general inspection late Saturday night to get some strange noises coming from the front end of my car looked at. It was booked and confirmed immediately. Ranga, my tech, arrived on time (even offered to bring me a coffee!) and figured out the issue almost immediately. He explained to me exactly what was going on and why I was hearing the strange sounds from my car that I was hearing. Within minutes of the inspection being completed, I received an email report of the inspection. By him coming to me, he saved me hours of time from going to a shop, and having to wait around and waste my time. With the time and money saved, I don't know why I would go back to the old way.

My mechanic George was a great guy, knowledgeable and quick. Replace 2 wheel bearings in under 2 hours. Came to my workplace. Super convenient! No lost work time or lost vehicle. Cost was better then all quotes I received from anyone else. Also very quick appointments, no waiting a week. Definitely will use this service again.

Service technician was right on time, rather before time. Quickly went on the job did the job nicely, both Rotors and Pads replaced (Front only) plus oil change. Only thing it bothered me was oil drain timing. When I did similar oil changes on my other car, I normally would give more time for proper and nice drain. I fully understand the way he did but could have been better. I understand the time limitations they have. Otherwise Good Job. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.

I used to go to to dealership but realized it was too expensive. Then went to a pop a mum garage and it was ok. I got a battery problem and my usual garage didn't answer so I try Fiix. Had a cracked water pump housing on my Audi. I have to admit that I was skeptical that Fiix could fix it at my house because you have to remove the grill and front bumper to get at it. PETER IS AWESOME!! He showed up on time with his bag of tools, a jack, a stand, and the knowledge and experience to do the repair. On the down side, I don't like their practice of taking full payment before doing the work. I can understand an up front charge for estimated parts, but not for the whole job. That business model can lead to trouble for difficult to isolate problems. Having said that, I would definitely use Fiix again, because PETER IS AWESOME.

The mechanic, Peter, arrived on time and was prepared to get the job done. He was quick, knowledgeable and shared some valuable information regarding my vehicle with me. My second time with Fiix and just as efficient as the first. Appointment made to change tires on rims, 2 cars in my driveway. I was called by Fiix to request a 1/2 hour delay on my next day appointment. George called next morning, was here right on time. Finished both cars quickly and replaced winter tires in my garage. George showed me the tire pressures were on spec. Much faster than the dealer and far more efficient use of my time. Will definitely recommend and use them again!

Got a pre purchase inspection done by them and the turn around time was swift and report was detailed though I wish it had some photos of things like VIN#, minor nicks, rust spot etc. This is the reason I didn't give 5 star. Happy with the overall service.
