This is a review that is long overdue. I requested a mechanic through Fiix.io back in late April and received fantastic service from Richard. Richard came to inspect my vehicle at my home, arriving on time for my 7:30pm appointment. He did a quick test drive to figure out the squealing, and in the end replaced my front brakes and rotors quickly and efficiently. Near the end, I made the mistake of opening one of my windows with the faulty wiring, resulting in my front passenger window not wanting to close. Richard did not want to leave until it was fixed; he had to remove the inside door panel to do it. Five stars to Fiix.io, five stars to the business concept, and five stars to Richard for his work and superb customer service! Thank you!

It was an amazing experience...I was so leary, and was made to feel very comfortable. Richard showed up on time, he was very clean, very thorough, and made sure I could use my car the next day. He provided me with preventative maintenance to ensure I didn't have this issue again...My car was knocking like crazy, and the car was checked out within an hour. My mechanic, Richard, was excellent! He was super quick and efficient - replacing my battery really quickly. Not only was he super efficient, but before the appointment he called and asked if I wanted a hot beverage. It was great because Richard was able to come on MY time, after work, & even though it was freezing cold outside, Richard did a great job replacing my car's battery, while I could wait inside my warm house.

Out of frustration from the quoted wait times at local shops for swapping to my winter tires, I stumbled upon Fiix.io and decided to give it a go. I am very happy I did, it was the smoothest service I have ever had. The mechanic, Richard, was great communicating before arriving, extremely courteous and professional and was very quick in doing the service required while at the same time doing it right. He even offered to bring coffee! While this service might not work for *all* car service needs, it certainly will be first on my mind next time the need arises. Richard Tu was courteous, polite, efficient and on time. He had my tires changed in about 30 minutes. All my summer tires were put back in the plastic bags and piled neatly in my garage. I had an appointment at 12pm, and had left the car keys for Richard to do fixes on my car. My car antenna was replaced and fixed properly. Job well done by fiix. I would recommend fiix any time you need your vehicle fixed. Saved me a lot of time getting the car fixed at home rather than taking it to an auto shop.

Since I moved to the city, my car was not moved and as such, the tires were going flat. I emailed Fiix and they were very quick to response with a reasonable quote. Setting up the appointment was easy Richard (the mechanic) was considerate enough to let me know he would be running late due to rush hour traffic so I was prepared and I was kept abreast of his progress until he arrived. When he did, he inflated my tires and went over and above (or so I thought) to do a quick inspection and because of this I realized that my battery and oil were needed changing and the battery would most likely die this coming winter. It was very easy to make an appointment for the next day and he showed up early (actually I was running late)- I was able to leave my keys with him whilst he changed the oil & battery and when I came back from work it was all done. How's that for convenience! I am so impressed I've already told my brother about Fiix- such a useful service. Nice Job Richard! Ivy

This is my second time using Fiix auto services in Ajax. I booked a winter tire change and oil change to be done at my home. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly. He completed the two jobs in less than one hour. I had also asked him to fix a screw on my driver side sun visor, which he happily agreed to do. The technician also completed an inspection and noted a minor problem to keep an eye on. I absolutely love the convenience of having my car serviced in my own driveway while I make dinner. With a very busy work schedule it is often difficult to schedule in time for car maintenance. I highly recommend Fiix to anyone looking for convenient and good service.

My first experience with Fiix has been nothing but great. I found them online and decided to try them. Richard was right on time and even called me before coming to see if I wanted coffee from Tims as he was getting one! He completed the tire swap in under 30 minutes. Richard came to inspect a used Mazda 3 that I was considering buying. The seller told me that the car had an accident and right fender and door were replaced, however Richard was able to determine that the accident was a lot more serious than this, and that hood, front bumper and left fender were also repaired. Thanks to Fiix, I walked away from this deal which could have been a terrible one.

Got to meet Mechanic Richard Tu. Very friendly and professional. My service request consisted of rear brake pads, rotor, calipers, and an oil change. At first, I was nervous they would be under equipped or under supplied. After I realized they knew what they were doing, I set off to work around the house a little bit. Could tell that I was going to get a job well done. I waited around for the oil change to make sure my driveway wouldn't have any messy spills. Overall, the mechanic got the job done in the time allotted, took the car out for a road test, and left my property the way it was before he came. I am very satisfied with the service as it was very convenient for me. He even took the old oil, which saves me a trip to the recycling centre. I rate the service 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with it and I saved roughly 180 dollars from the quote by my dealership. I drive a Nissan Altima '08 2.5L. The parts were good too as I was able to ask through Fiix's phoneline what quality I was getting. Denny

I heard about Fiix from my brother who suggested that for convenience's sake, it would be good to give it a shot. I'm glad I did because everything was taken care of for me within a few days. Richard was knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle and its issue, as well as showing me exactly what the issue was and why it had occurred.
