If I book a specific service and the mechanic comes and I decide not to go forward with that service, what happens?

In the case that the technician is unable to perform any work due to a misdiagnosis from the customer's end or due to the customer not wanting to go forward with a service after the mechanic has performed a bit of work, an inspection will be performed and a $110 service fee will be applied instead of the original amount to compensate for the technician's time.
