The instrument voltage regulator has what may seem like a small job, but is actually extremely important for all intensive purposes. Using just a few volts, its only purpose is to make sure it delivers the right amount of voltage to your instrument cluster, also known as all the info your car provides you. This includes the coolant temperature, RPM, gas level and speed. Without it, you can’t really drive properly.
You need this replaced before you drive again. You will not be able to gauge your speed and you can very likely crash if you try to operate your vehicle while this voltage regulator is broken. Instead of risking the drive to a repair shop, have one of our certified mechanics come by and fix it in your own driveway!
