One of the best car experiences I've ever had. 10/10. Booked and quoted on the phone. George was a really nice guy. Knowledgable and practical. Only did the work that was needed with a head's up of when to expect future service. All for a competitive price while I continued with my normal day in my own home. Why didn't anyone think of this before?! I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Great experience with Fiix. The appointment I scheduled for online was double booked at the same time. A rep from Fiix called me to ask if I could reschedule. I told him that was the only good time for me. The rep called around and manage to rearrange other appointments so that I could keep my time. Very impressed. For the actual service George arrived right on time and answered all my questions. He told me it would take 45 mins to replace my brake pads and he was right on the dot. Will definitely use Fiix again.

Did a great job on my BMW 535xi. He came in, did an oil change and a brake fluid flush on my driveway, and there was no mess either. Did a diag on my car and checked other stuff for which he submitted a report and I got the email copy. Fantastic work.

I needed to replace all 4 rotors and brake pads for my honda pilot. I reached out and explained what i was experiencing with my vehicle. Their chat support were very helpful and informative to explain what was wrong and provided what was really needed. After getting of the parts needed, booked a service appointment on line George arrived as agreed and right away started. While servicing the vehicle he was very pleasant in explaining why it was really needed to have the brakes done. Overall in term of price and good service i give them 5 stars. Outstanding service. Called yesterday morning and a really well mannered and very obviously skilled mechanic by the name of George came and diagnosed both front wheel hub bearings needed replacing in my wife's Jeep. One side shot and one staring down that same road. After I accepted the quote, he left briefly to pick up the parts, came back and installed them right in our driveway. All for a price far below the dealership's quote for the same work. I was kept informed of arrival time by text, email and a phone call when there was going to be a short delay in the scheduled time just to make sure that it wouldn't inconvenience me in any way. Rare thing today to get this kind of service on any front much less the auto repair industry. Thanks guys. See you again.

The service with George was great. Pricing was marginally better than Canadian Tire or Midas concerning hourly rate and parts, but the convenience of having front rotors/pads replaced in my underground carpark, that is priceless. The entire job was done within 45 minutes. No leaving car overnight or taking time off...Highly recommend :-)

Got a pre purchase inspection done by them and the turn around time was swift and report was detailed though I wish it had some photos of things like VIN#, minor nicks, rust spot etc. This is the reason I didn't give 5 star. Happy with the overall service.

I'm a first timer and was convinced after reading all the good reviews. I requested to have my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. The mechanic George arrived exactly on time. After assessing the brakes, he advised only the pads may have to be replaced on the rear. He was honest and fair. The front brake pads were also replaced at my request. George's honesty saved me from prematurely replacing the front and rear rotors, which saved me $$$. He even checked under the hood and took my car out for a test drive. My second time with Fiix and just as efficient as the first. Appointment made to change tires on rims, 2 cars in my driveway. I was called by Fiix to request a 1/2 hour delay on my next day appointment. George called next morning, was here right on time. Finished both cars quickly and replaced winter tires in my garage. Service technician was right on time, rather before time. Quickly went on the job did the job nicely, both Rotors and Pads replaced (Front only) plus oil change. Only thing it bothered me was oil drain timing. When I did similar oil changes on my other car, I normally would give more time for proper and nice drain. I fully understand the way he did but could have been better. I understand the time limitations they have. Otherwise Good Job. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.

I am very pleased with the service I received this morning. Fiix technician 'George' was very polite and professional. I had a front brake job on my 2011 3 series BMW (pads rotors). George showed me the old parts and the newly installed brakes before remounting the wheel/tire. I went for a quick test drive and all seems well. A substantial cost savings compared to a dealership. So overall a satisfying experience, I will be using Fiix again, and recommending them to friends.
