Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted my brake pads replaced, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the brake pad replacement and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!

All I had to do was choose that I wanted a battery replacement (I could even specify which car battery's I wanted), select a time, and payment was easy. The mechanic came to my house and was so friendly. He did it quickly and with ease, and he walked me through the entire process so that I knew what he was doing. Service was very good. Mechanic was late and I was emailed that fact but then he called and was a further 45 minutes late. He did do the jobs as I had contracted for and cleaned up and put away the tires we had change.

Great And Convenient!
Great and convenient service by Fiix! I booked an appointment online to get my tires changed and car serviced (oil change). I was pretty impressed with the mechanic (Mackenzie) and that he could do all this work in my driveway! It was really convenient because there aren’t many mechanics in my area and my work schedule doesn’t allow me to sit around for hours at a shop anyway. Overall, had a great experience and won’t hesitate to contact Fiix the next time my car is in trouble :). Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable!
Peter was just at my house doing some repair work on my car. He is very knowledgeable and I only have good things to say about him. He is a very humble and genuine individual who patiently listens to the customer and answers all of your questions in a way that you will understand them, especially if you have no prior car knowledge.
