Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted my brake pads replaced, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the brake pad replacement and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!

Customer service was awesome! Fiix was so easy to use and get going. All I had to do was choose that I wanted a battery replacement (I could even specify which car battery's I wanted), select a time, and payment was easy. The mechanic came to my house and was so friendly. He did it quickly and with ease, and he walked me through the entire process so that I knew what he was doing. I love that I didn't have to go to a repair shop and that the mechanic could just come to me and fix it. Great service!

I'm a first timer and was convinced after reading all the good reviews. I requested to have my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. The mechanic George arrived exactly on time. After assessing the brakes, he advised only the pads may have to be replaced on the rear. He was honest and fair. The front brake pads were also replaced at my request. George's honesty saved me from prematurely replacing the front and rear rotors, which saved me $$$. He even checked under the hood and took my car out for a test drive. I am extremely happy with the service and will use FIIX again. The price was extremely fair. Thanks George.

Only "negative" was that my scheduled time was changed twice, but reasons and ample notice were provided (and always with a "Would it be ok if....".

My second time with Fiix and just as efficient as the first. Appointment made to change tires on rims, 2 cars in my driveway. I was called by Fiix to request a 1/2 hour delay on my next day appointment. George called next morning, was here right on time. Finished both cars quickly and replaced winter tires in my garage. George showed me the tire pressures were on spec. Much faster than the dealer and far more efficient use of my time. Will definitely recommend and use them again!
