Auto Repair By Expert Mechanics In Pickering, Ontario

Got a conventional oil change done at my house. Danny the mechanic came exactly on time and provided me an oil change with a great vehicle inspection. I needed some extra service as a cap was loosely tightened, however Fiix immediately dispatched Danny and right away fixed the problem as well as cleaned the extra oil off my hood. Now my car is running smoothly again. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Will go back to Fiix again.

Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted a tire change, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the tire change and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!

My mechanic, Richard, was excellent! He was super quick and efficient - replacing my battery really quickly. Not only was he super efficient, but before the appointment he called and asked if I wanted a hot beverage. It was great because Richard was able to come on MY time, after work, & even though it was freezing cold outside, Richard did a great job replacing my car's battery, while I could wait inside my warm house.

Recently I had my car checked out the Fiix people and was informed with honesty that the amount of money spent on repairing my car was not worth it. They could have repaired my car and in a few months I would have encountered additional problems.....but instead they advised me not to go ahead and retire but rather saved me money and stress. These people were honest, professional, and most important they had customers on their mind "how to save money" and not spend recklessly. All work was done with out my supervision and at my residence which means I did not have to drive anywhere....they came to my house to do all the necessary work. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs any work done on their car.

Troy exceeded our expectations. He called in advance of his scheduled time and even asked if he could pick up coffee. Amazing speed and quality of workmanship. We had requested two cars for winter tire change overs and both cars were completed in less than 45 minutes. We could not have done this the conventional way by taking the tires to a garage. Troy even put the seasonal tires back in the garage with the bags and stacked them up again for us. The service saved us a lot of time for sure and very convenient. Looking forward to using FIIX again.
