Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted my brake pads replaced, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the brake pad replacement and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!
Customer service was awesome! Fiix was so easy to use and get going. All I had to do was choose that I wanted a battery replacement (I could even specify which car battery's I wanted), select a time, and payment was easy. The mechanic came to my house and was so friendly. He did it quickly and with ease, and he walked me through the entire process so that I knew what he was doing. I love that I didn't have to go to a repair shop and that the mechanic could just come to me and fix it. Great service!
