These guys are as good as it gets honestly. So great to see young talent pave the way for a niche that serves a purpose. I can't believe how easy it was, how CONVENIENT it was rather than lugging around my tires to a shop, wasting over 3 hours round trip and gas, than to just have the Fiix guys come to my house, and actually do it while I WAS SAVING TIME doing errands nearby! Great young guys that do it to super polite and will 100% use these guys for every season for every car I ultimately have. Keep up the great idea!

I had starting issues with my car and I used Fiix''s service and they helped me with the issues with my car I find their service is is good their response time is good and they are a reliable service that will save you some money in the end I found it was better to have a mechanic come to me instead of having to pay for a tow truck I highly recommend this service and will be using them again for the future thank you

I have used Fiix guys twice already (for a winter tire change and detailing my MDX). Both times they were aces. Gajaanan the mechanic was very pleasant and the coordinator (believe his name is Arif) were pleasant to work with, both of them exhibited high professionalism and custom focused attitudes. The detailing work they did was excellent, the leather seats was treated with professional grade materials. The seats look as good as new. The fabric at the back of MDX had some smudges and they were able to clean it all up. I will be calling them again for the tire swap and detailing my wife's car. I highly recommend Fiix guys for your car needs, especially if you are time staved like me and need these services delivered in your driveway (so speak)! I had an appointment at 12pm, and had left the car keys for Richard to do fixes on my car. My car antenna was replaced and fixed properly. Job well done by fiix. I would recommend fiix any time you need your vehicle fixed. Saved me a lot of time getting the car fixed at home rather than taking it to an auto shop.

FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE!!! My, Fiix tech, Andrew was presentable, respectable and incredibly knowledgeable. Not once did I feel as though he was speaking down to me, when discussing my vehicle requirements. I hired, Fiix to switch my tires from summer to winter in addition to an oil change. When he had my tires off, Andrew mentioned I may need a brake pad replacement in a few months. Instead of trying to SELL me his service, he explained to me WHY I would need new pads and what I can do to maximize the duration of my current pads. Great, great, great service! I will definitely recommend to my colleagues. #5StarRating

I am so happy with Alex's service! Even though the weather was cold, he had a long way to travel, another job after me, AND had trouble with the lug nuts, he remained professional & positive. Troy Tahhan was very professional, courteous and efficient. Nice touch them bringing you a coffee. He swapped tires for 2 cars and the winters were stacked in the corner of my garage. I was happy to take them down but he told me it would be his pleasure and to enjoy my time with my family. I would use Fiix again!

I am very pleased with the service I received this morning. Fiix technician 'George' was very polite and professional. I had a front brake job on my 2011 3 series BMW (pads rotors). George showed me the old parts and the newly installed brakes before remounting the wheel/tire. I went for a quick test drive and all seems well. A substantial cost savings compared to a dealership. So overall a satisfying experience, I will be using Fiix again, and recommending them to friends.

Service technician was right on time, rather before time. Quickly went on the job did the job nicely, both Rotors and Pads replaced (Front only) plus oil change. Only thing it bothered me was oil drain timing. When I did similar oil changes on my other car, I normally would give more time for proper and nice drain. I fully understand the way he did but could have been better. I understand the time limitations they have. Otherwise Good Job. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.

Fiix has done it again! I have had the opportunity and pleasure of calling on Fiix twice now. The first time was a basic tire change, while I was sitting on my couch! It doesn't get any better than that. The second time was for my brake pads and rotor replacement. Fiix is so convenient for a busy person like myself. I was making dinner while Jamel (my assigned mechanic) was Fiix(ing) my car! It was great, I was even asking questions (because I am curious like that) and Jamel was patient and very knowledgeable! To me, customer service starts even before you walk into the door of a store; its how you are treated from the start to finish of the transaction. At around 8pm (after work is most convenient, and yes they cater to that!) I got a call from Jamel letting me know hes on his way to my place to Fix my car, he asked me if I wanted him to bring me a coffee and gave me a time that he would be there. The quality of work really shows as well! Fiix used brand new parts that they opened in front of me, as opposed to other mechanics who do their work in the back so you don't know what they are using! I've had a very positive experience and I will continue to use them for all my car mechanic needs! Five Stars and Two Thumbs UP!

I heard about Fiix from my brother who suggested that for convenience's sake, it would be good to give it a shot. I'm glad I did because everything was taken care of for me within a few days.
