Easy online scheduling of a complete brake job for my car ... in my underground parking spot! I was very happy to see that the quote was about 50% less than my Lexus dealership charged me the last time. Then I just sat back and worked until I got the call that he was done. WOW. I called them the very next day to repair a headlight. It really doesn't get much better than this. I've told 4 other people already. Killer service.

Amazing service! I love their easy to use website, where I just booked online to get my tires changed and it showed me a picture of who is exactly was coming and a little biography about them as well. I can't express how the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I love the fact that I could just relax at home during the process. I'd recommend FIIX to anyone! Fiix is an excellent service. The phone staff were helpful, and the mechanic Andy was very knowledgable about my car. He stayed late to figure out exactly what the problem was and provided great advice. I was very impressed with the whole service, and would recommend it to anyone. My car manufacturer would have charged me 6 times more for the same service. I will be using this service again!

After a friend had send me a link to Fiix, I set up an appointment for a general inspection late Saturday night to get some strange noises coming from the front end of my car looked at. It was booked and confirmed immediately. Ranga, my tech, arrived on time (even offered to bring me a coffee!) and figured out the issue almost immediately. He explained to me exactly what was going on and why I was hearing the strange sounds from my car that I was hearing. Within minutes of the inspection being completed, I received an email report of the inspection. By him coming to me, he saved me hours of time from going to a shop, and having to wait around and waste my time. With the time and money saved, I don't know why I would go back to the old way.

Truly excellent service by Fiix staff, including Arif the CEO and Jemel the service technician who came to my house. This was my first experience with Fiix, and I was of course reluctant to trust them with my car, which has always gone to the dealership for service. I had the engine and cabin air filters changed and did a brake fluid flush. The total cost was about 1/3 of what the dealer would have charged me, and they came to my house, which was much more convenient. I will definitely use Fiix again. I'm already thinking of oil changes, tire changes and other maintenance work that is on my list now. As an aside, I wrote them a few times with questions and quote requests and they were quick to respond and very helpful, all with rapid response times. Great work...I highly recommend.

Since I moved to the city, my car was not moved and as such, the tires were going flat. I emailed Fiix and they were very quick to response with a reasonable quote. Setting up the appointment was easy Richard (the mechanic) was considerate enough to let me know he would be running late due to rush hour traffic so I was prepared and I was kept abreast of his progress until he arrived. When he did, he inflated my tires and went over and above (or so I thought) to do a quick inspection and because of this I realized that my battery and oil were needed changing and the battery would most likely die this coming winter. It was very easy to make an appointment for the next day and he showed up early (actually I was running late)- I was able to leave my keys with him whilst he changed the oil & battery and when I came back from work it was all done. How's that for convenience! I am so impressed I've already told my brother about Fiix- such a useful service. Nice Job Richard! Ivy

Used this service for the 1st time for brake/rotor replacement. The service itself was very quick and efficient, and the tech was very pleasant. The only issue i had was reciving a phone call 2 hours before my appointment advising my appointment has been pushed back 1.5 hrs, but tech arrived 2 hours later. I hope that isn't the norm, otherwise I won't be able to use the service any longer.

This was a great experience. The mechanic arrived an hour earlier, which was unexpected but waited until I got home. He answered all my questions and I watched him do the repair - which was an educational opportunity for me. He also suggested not to repair one of the items I had originally requested for which saved me a couple hundred dollars. I'm definitely going to be using fiix again for my car repair and maintenance needs.

I used to go to to dealership but realized it was too expensive. Then went to a pop a mum garage and it was ok. I got a battery problem and my usual garage didn't answer so I try Fiix. They are super responsive and come right at your door for the same price. No need to go to the garage and wait around for them to fix it. I will go there again. Thanks !
