Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted my brake pads replaced, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the brake pad replacement and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!

All I had to do was choose that I wanted a battery replacement (I could even specify which car battery's I wanted), select a time, and payment was easy. The mechanic came to my house and was so friendly. He did it quickly and with ease, and he walked me through the entire process so that I knew what he was doing. I love that I didn't have to go to a repair shop and that the mechanic could just come to me and fix it. Great service!

I had a great experience with Fiix. Gajaanan offered to come earlier but I was not able to meet him prior to the scheduled appointment so he arrived at that time. He was very knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. I was a bit skeptical at first with this service but my mind was soon put at ease with his customer service skills. This is a great new idea and an excellent way of providing good service in a very convenient manner. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of the service provided. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and I would also say to put your mind at ease because they do send out a full invoice after the service is complete. The mechanic, Peter, arrived on time and was prepared to get the job done. He was quick, knowledgeable and shared some valuable information regarding my vehicle with me. Great experience from start to finish. I found them through an ad on kijji, at first I was quite skeptical, after doing some research I determined they were legit and worth trying. Good user experience on their website, excellent response time, customer service and communication from them. We had 2 cars serviced on separate days, both went smoothly. I am so glad I found them, especially since I got ripped off by Active Green Ross this past winter. Will continued to use them, so convenient! Highly recommended :)

Way Better Than A Shop
Overall Peter did a really good job, saved me a lot of time and effort, and best of all he was very professional. Anyone that hates sitting at Canadian Tire or any other shop for hours just to get your tires swapped over would appreciate this service. IMHO it's UBER for Car Service, curious and professional techs, super efficient services at home, and a clean job and you are out the door. No waiting, no wondering what's taking so long, and most importantly no pain. I would recommend these guys, and I can see myself using them in the future.
