Peter arrived early and completed my front brake job so fast, I was in shock. It just seemed like Peter started and he called me to say he was finished. This is the second time I have used Fiix, for a second vehicle and the second time I have been totally more than satisfied with the quality of the repair. I am a Fiix customer for life! Very professional service all in the comfort of your own home! Gajaanan was very friendly and had a strong knowledge base about car mechanics. He was very pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing and the rationale behind his service. He answered all questions and didn't offer any unnecessary replacement suggestions as other mechanics do. Would highly recommend this service!

Quick reliable service. Fiix went above and beyond to do a last minute diagnostic for me. Came in on Tuesday 45 minutes after the booking request was made, for the inspection, and had it fixed on Thursday.

Fiix helped me out of a tough situation. My van was stuck in a plaza's parking lot with several studs missing from my back tire. I contacted Fiix very late on a Saturday evening and they were able to secure an appointment with an Ajax mechanic on Sunday morning. He got me back on the road in no time. The mechanic came to my house and was so friendly. He did it quickly and with ease, and he walked me through the entire process so that I knew what he was doing. Richard came to inspect a used Mazda 3 that I was considering buying. The seller told me that the car had an accident and right fender and door were replaced, however Richard was able to determine that the accident was a lot more serious than this, and that hood, front bumper and left fender were also repaired. Thanks to Fiix, I walked away from this deal which could have been a terrible one.

Richard Tu was courteous, polite, efficient and on time. He had my tires changed in about 30 minutes. All my summer tires were put back in the plastic bags and piled neatly in my garage. I had an excellent experience with Fiix. It was very convenient to have my winter tires switched right in my own driveway rather than book my car in for an appointment and wait around a shop. Alex was very friendly and professional. He kept in contact with phone calls with minor changes to the planned visit time. My one tire always gets stuck and Alex happily went out to purchase a part to get the job done. I would highly recommend Fiix because of the ease of online booking, friendly and communicative workers, and convenience of at home service. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

This is my second time using Fiix auto services in Ajax. I booked a winter tire change and oil change to be done at my home. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly. He completed the two jobs in less than one hour. I had also asked him to fix a screw on my driver side sun visor, which he happily agreed to do. The technician also completed an inspection and noted a minor problem to keep an eye on. I absolutely love the convenience of having my car serviced in my own driveway while I make dinner. With a very busy work schedule it is often difficult to schedule in time for car maintenance. I highly recommend Fiix to anyone looking for convenient and good service.
