This was my first time using such a service. I decided to go for it given the quote I received for the job was over $100 cheaper than the one I had received from a local garage. The mechanic, Peter, arrived on time and was prepared to get the job done. He was quick, knowledgeable and shared some valuable information regarding my vehicle with me. I would very likely use this service again in the future given its convenience and would recommend to others. Job type: replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. Time to complete: less than two hours.

I would like to give it 4.5 stars but google has no option for half a star and I don't want to mess up their average rating by giving 4 star. Got a pre purchase inspection done by them and the turn around time was swift and report was detailed though I wish it had some photos of things like VIN#, minor nicks, rust spot etc. This is the reason I didn't give 5 star. Happy with the overall service.

Out of frustration from the quoted wait times at local shops for swapping to my winter tires, I stumbled upon Fiix.io and decided to give it a go. I am very happy I did, it was the smoothest service I have ever had. The mechanic, Richard, was great communicating before arriving, extremely courteous and professional and was very quick in doing the service required while at the same time doing it right. He even offered to bring coffee! While this service might not work for *all* car service needs, it certainly will be first on my mind next time the need arises. Got to meet Mechanic Richard Tu. Very friendly and professional. My service request consisted of rear brake pads, rotor, calipers, and an oil change. At first, I was nervous they would be under equipped or under supplied. After I realized they knew what they were doing, I set off to work around the house a little bit. Could tell that I was going to get a job well done. I waited around for the oil change to make sure my driveway wouldn't have any messy spills. Overall, the mechanic got the job done in the time allotted, took the car out for a road test, and left my property the way it was before he came. I am very satisfied with the service as it was very convenient for me. He even took the old oil, which saves me a trip to the recycling centre. I rate the service 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with it and I saved roughly 180 dollars from the quote by my dealership. I drive a Nissan Altima '08 2.5L. The parts were good too as I was able to ask through Fiix's phoneline what quality I was getting. Denny
