I received an appointment for that afternoon. The mechanic was curteous, thorough and extremely quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Richard was right on time and even called me before coming to see if I wanted coffee from Tims as he was getting one! He completed the tire swap in under 30 minutes. I appreciate that he listened to every word I said while I was trying to explain the problem I had with the car. Used this service for the 1st time for brake/rotor replacement. The service itself was very quick and efficient, and the tech was very pleasant. The only issue i had was reciving a phone call 2 hours before my appointment advising my appointment has been pushed back 1.5 hrs, but tech arrived 2 hours later. I hope that isn't the norm, otherwise I won't be able to use the service any longer.
