I emailed these guys at 3:15pm on a Sunday afternoon to come out at 5pm he same day! They were super friendly, took the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. They were efficient and thorough with their checks. The service definitely surpassed my expectations.
Really great to have a mechanic do the winter tires right at the home. We have a small car so it would normally take 2 trips to bring the wheels to a garage to do. A real life saver. Thank you fiix.
Overall Peter did a really good job, saved me a lot of time and effort, and best of all he was very professional. Anyone that hates sitting at Canadian Tire or any other shop for hours just to get your tires swapped over would appreciate this service. IMHO it's UBER for Car Service, curious and professional techs, super efficient services at home, and a clean job and you are out the door. No waiting, no wondering what's taking so long, and most importantly no pain. I would recommend these guys, and I can see myself using them in the future.
I liked my experience with them...its clear they're still in "start up" mode, but they're very flexible and reachable. The customer service is fantastic. The mechanic was great, and accommodated my schedule (came at 9:30 PM). He also gave me a general inspection and recommended I fix my issue at a muffler shop as he couldn't fix it himself. All in all, a great experience, but they're still a growing service. I would recommend being a little more aggressive with marketing (instagram, etc) as this is very much a millenial's way to fix cars.
