I have used Fiix guys twice already (for a winter tire change and detailing my MDX). Both times they were aces. Gajaanan the mechanic was very pleasant and the coordinator (believe his name is Arif) were pleasant to work with, both of them exhibited high professionalism and custom focused attitudes. The detailing work they did was excellent, the leather seats was treated with professional grade materials. The seats look as good as new. The fabric at the back of MDX had some smudges and they were able to clean it all up. I will be calling them again for the tire swap and detailing my wife's car. I highly recommend Fiix guys for your car needs, especially if you are time staved like me and need these services delivered in your driveway (so speak)! Just wanted to share my excellent experience with Fiix today. As advertised, I received professional quality experience at the comfort of my home. Had one of their technicians come and do a full inspection on my car, including my brakes, and was informed of everything I needed to get done to service the car. Everything from top to bottom was organized for me, parts were ordered from Mercedes, and I have an upcoming appointment already scheduled to get them changed. I literally gave the gentleman my key, went back inside my home, finished my breakfast, and he was done with his inspection. Definitely going to be using TireSwap for all my future car servicing. I'm a first timer and was convinced after reading all the good reviews. I requested to have my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. The mechanic George arrived exactly on time. After assessing the brakes, he advised only the pads may have to be replaced on the rear. He was honest and fair. The front brake pads were also replaced at my request. George's honesty saved me from prematurely replacing the front and rear rotors, which saved me $$$. He even checked under the hood and took my car out for a test drive. I am extremely happy with the service and will use FIIX again. The price was extremely fair. Thanks George.

Troy Tahhan was very professional, courteous and efficient. Nice touch them bringing you a coffee. He swapped tires for 2 cars and the winters were stacked in the corner of my garage. I was happy to take them down but he told me it would be his pleasure and to enjoy my time with my family. I would use Fiix again!

Booking a Fiix was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was go on the website, select that I wanted a tire change, and fill in my car and some personal info. I had a few extra questions so I phoned the Fiix support staff and they were super helpful with the questions I had. I loved that I didn't get charged until after the service was completed, and Daniel did an excellent job with the tire change and he even brought coffees for us. He was also able to answer any questions I had while he was fixing my car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service!

These guys are as good as it gets honestly. So great to see young talent pave the way for a niche that serves a purpose. I can't believe how easy it was, how CONVENIENT it was rather than lugging around my tires to a shop, wasting over 3 hours round trip and gas, than to just have the Fiix guys come to my house, and actually do it while I WAS SAVING TIME doing errands nearby! Great young guys that do it to super polite and will 100% use these guys for every season for every car I ultimately have. Keep up the great idea!
